- 10 fresh parsley stems (without root)
- Liter of homemade black or white wine
- Two tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 300 grams of natural honey
Put the 10 fresh parsley stems with leaves into the homemade wine and add 1-2 tablespoons of clear vinegar.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Then add 300 grams of honey and allow it to easily boil for another 4 minutes. Drain the hot wine and while still warm put it in a bottle, which has been previously well washed. Tightly close. The sludge that is created is not harmful and can be consumed freely.
